Rise Again From The Deepest Darkest Night

MOON

By Karen Nelson Mangold

The dawning is a reminder to love each morning, that you breathe to sing a new song.

When I’m asked
How it is that
I hear Spirit
In what way
Do Her words
Come to me…?
I wish
In that instant
For all to be
Here, with me
In the dawning
Of a new day
As mockingbird
And crow
Cooing dove
And chattering
Chickadee dee dees
Carry Spirit’s
Wisdom
To me
On every
Heaven sent
Note
So many
Different
Voices
Singing
The same
Song
Hope
Faith
Gratitude
For the
Sun
Who has
Risen Again
From the
Deepest
Darkest
Night
Be still
And listen…
In the tree tops
Sing
The messengers
Of
God
