I love how in the Harry Potter books there is a Muggle world and the Magical world. They coexist side-by-side, but those who live in the Muggle world have no idea that magic is present all around them.

Kids love enchanting stories and fairy tales because our souls crave magic.

These stories about a unseen magical world are appealing to children and adults because they hold within them the ancient archetypes which we experience in our life’s journey.

Stories open us up to perceiving more of the magic already around us everyday.

Around the world people have written stories about fantastical beings and happenings that have amazed and inspired us for thousands of years.

The ancient myths from Egypt, Greece, India and indigenous cultures across the globe tell the stories of gods, goddesses, angels, archangels, fairies, spirit guides, kachinas, star beings and more who lived fantastical lives.

Deep down we KNOW that there is more to this world than what we see or experience in our everyday lives.

From Shock to Awe

It’s really easy for many people to become caught up in the mundane existence. We are so busy working, keeping up with the internet, tending to our homes, caring for children, making dinner, driving somewhere, or watching funny cat videos.

Life sometimes gets a rhythm of busywork that can sedate our magical senses.
