Happy Solar Eclipse — Witness The Parts That Need The Most Healing

We have been in a powerful eclipse portal since the lunar eclipse on August 7th. The window will close on August 21st with the Solar Eclipse in Leo. This powerful astronomical event is an opportunity to encounter and transform our fears, and to step more fully into the life of our dreams!

Eclipse season is a time of heightened intensity when our personal energies are magnified and we magnetise things in and out of our reality. What occurs now has heightened importance. This is a time when endings and beginnings occur abruptly. This is a time when we get to witness the parts of ourselves that live in the shadows and that need some healing the most…

The potent energetic effects of the coming solar eclipse can occur up to two or three days before and after. You may well be feeling them already! Therefore, during this time it is important to be mindful with our thoughts, actions and words.

On Monday August 21st take time for self care and inward reflection. This day is an especially beneficial time for performing practices such as chanting, meditation, ritual, and connecting with nature. An eclipse has a profound inward pull on your consciousness, and so it is an ideal time to do spiritual practice, and to consciously offer beneficial energy to ourselves and others for the benefit of all humanity.
