Alice Lundy is a rebel, a writer, an aspiring badass, and a firm believer in solo dance parties. She grew up running in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. In her late 30s, Alice earned her BS in Creative Writing and MS in Technical Communications from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she later taught writing classes. Alice’s writing focuses on women’s issues, relationships, grief, and yoga. She thrives on metamorphosis, grappling with grief, and walking in the woods with her black lab, Phoenix.
